Create And Sell Ebooks With Reprint Rights

This is just a very quick overview, but if you want more information on creating Ebooks, I suggest you visit 2 sites. But first, let me say upfront, that I do not receive any compensation of any kind for the links listed in the content of this article between the header and footer. Now, back to my explanation.

Whether you like it or not, having your own product gives you more flexibility in your online advertising AND believe it or not, compiling an Ebook is no more then a weeks work part time if done correctly and IF you do it this way the profits will come in for life.

I have checks coming in still from work I did 2 years ago, thanks to the power of residual income affiliate programs and viral marketing Ebooks.

Ok, lets get down to the nitty gritty. What is a viral marketing Ebook and why should you create one?

A viral marketing Ebook is a book which sole purpose is to be spread around the Internet quickly, by any means possible. It’s not meant to make you money on the front end. You want other people selling it and giving it away to as many people as possible.

Why?

Because the inside of that book is full of affiliate links to other peoples products and every time someone gives away your book or sells it, (depending on how you want to do it) more people will be seeing your affiliate links, and this is costing you what? NOTHING? Exactly!

The best examples I could give you of this process would be by Yanik Silver. He created 2 marketing books that spread over the Internet like wildfire. He gave everyone who purchased the book for $19 or $17 (depending on the book) the rights to sell it or give it away to their customers.

Needless to say, thousands of people starting selling it and promoting it all over the Internet. To this day, he is still earning good money from that book, plus he became one of the most well known Internet Marketers to date.

So how do you go about creating your own viral marketing Ebook?

Here are the steps.

1) Come up with a product idea based on your affiliate program you’ve already chosen and are already promoting.

Coming up with ideas isn’t hard. For example, and I know I use this example a lot, BUT, If you are going to be promoting a sports betting affiliate program, why not create a book on becoming a successful punter. Then throughout the book, you can recommend your favorite sports betting affiliate program.

A good way to come up with ideas is to look at what others are already selling and mimic that. You don’t need to recreate the wheel here, so PLEASE don’t make things harder then they have to be.

2) Get the tools you need to succeed

You are going to need a few tools here.

A) A domain name

I register all my domain names with http://www.namecheap.com for under $9 a domain name, which to me is pretty darn cheap. You want a fairly short domain name that describes the content of your book fairly well.

B) Webhosting

Let me say first, you get what you pay for. This has never been more true then with webhosting. YOU NEED a good reliable webhosting company with 24/7 technical support. If your site goes down and you can’t contact anyone to help you get it back up, you will lose sales and a lot of them.

I recommend you use http://www.thirdspherehosting.com for the simple fact they offer all you need, plus a lot more for a reasonable price.

C) Autoresponder

You will need this so you can contact your prospects that don’t purchase straight away. This is where you will give away your free course or someway to entice them to give you their email address so you can contact them periodically.

D) Credit card processor

Just use http://www.clickbank.com. This step is too easy. They will let you accept all major credit cards and start an affiliate program for a one time setup fee of under $50. They do take a percentage of every sale, but this is so much cheaper then getting your own merchant account.

Just about everyone selling Ebooks online is using Clickbank.

E) Ebook Software

You will more then likely want to create your book in PDF format so everyone can read it. Some Ebooks come in EXE format, but mac users can’t read that format, so I find it best to use PDF. You can create your book with http://www.createpdf.com for a fairly cheap price.

F) Graphic Design Software

If you are anything like me, your artistic abilities peaked at age 7. So instead of busting my hump to create my Ebook covers and website graphics I use http://www.ecovergenerator.com and http://www.headergenerator.com for all my graphics. They are great pieces of software that you can use instead of hiring graphic designers.

I do however recommend one graphic designer by the name of Brian Terry. You can view his work at http://www.ebookwow.com.

3) Outline your book chapters into articles

Writing a whole book in one sitting is hard, and trying to write a book without outlining the chapters is nearly impossible. My first book I ever wrote took me over 6 months but now most of my books take me less then a week to finish and that is with a sales letter and website up.

All you have to do is think up 12 to 15 article topics in sequence and write about them. Each page should be around 700 to 1000 words, full of useful information, not information people could get for free.

4) Write your content

Like I said just before, you need original content. There are too many books out there now where people are just regurgitating information others can get for free and this lowers the value of your book, which means less people will pass it around and even less will read it.

If you are really stuck with your writing, I suggest that you do the following.

The best way to get a good amount of original information without writing it yourself is to interview experts in the field. For instance, if you were writing a book about improving your golf handicap, I’m sure it wouldn’t be too hard to find some local experts who you could grill in person, over the phone or even via the Internet and you can then put all that information in the book. It’s also a good selling point.

Also remember when your writing what the point of this book is. The point of the book is to earn you an on going commission with affiliate programs, so don’t feel like you can’t throw some affiliate links in, because you can, but make sure it’s tactful and in place.

Another good idea would be to put a “Subscribe to my newsletter” section in your book as well, so not only will you make commissions on sales, but also generate leads without doing any extra work.

Make sure you clearly state in the front of the book, that the buyer can sell this book as his own. State that he has Resell Rights to the product and can sell it or give it away if he chooses.

5) Create your sales letter

This is where you will be selling your book from and is critically crucial to your success.

Creating a sales letter takes a lot of work, especially if your new to the whole thing. The best way and the way I use, is to mimic successful sales letters.

If for some reason you think you can’t do this by yourself, you have 2 options.

and

2) Hire a copywriter

Software is great and there a 2 options out there. The first one is http://www.instantsalesletters.com by Yanik Silver and http://www.saleslettergenerator.com by Armand Morin. They are just as good as each other.

However, if you want to hire a professional copywriter, your looking at thousands of dollars, plus royalties from your book sales.

Remember that your selling this book with reprint rights, which means when they buy the book they can sell it as well. This is a huge selling point for you. You will also be giving them your Ebook cover, website graphics and sales letter to use to sell your product.

6) Plug in your free 5 day autoresponder series

The best way to write your free 5 day course that your prospect get via your pop up window is to take chapters out of your book and put them in as a free teaser.

Remember to emphasize an urgency. You want to make these prospects who don’t buy straight away, feel like they are missing out on an opportunity of a life time and considering the low price of the book, if they don’t buy, more then likely they weren’t really interested or were freebie seekers from the start.

7) Advertise!

Depending on your topic, you will want to target different people. However, no matter what topic your selling on, there is one market who will want your book for the sole purpose of selling it, and that’s the Internet Marketing group.

Your book could be on Hippo’s but all they care about is the fact they can sell it as their own. This is why this type of book always does well.

The key is to target people in your market and then the Internet Marketing crowd.

One of the most revolutionary of these ideas is using resell rights. The three main types of resell rights are standard resell rights, master resell rights and private label rights. Each type has its own set of rights and limitations with private label rights being the least restrictive. The ways that you can use your resell rights to make money is dependent on the terms of your licensing agreement; however, here are some excellent ideas for methods of making money with resell rights.

Reselling Products

The most simplistic method of making money with resell rights is to simply resell the products to which you have rights. This is advantageous because in most cases, the resell rights give you the ability to reproduce and resell a product without any inventory or development costs. If you have private label rights, you can even customize and rename the product and sell it as yours just as if you had developed it.

Bundling Products

If the resell rights that you have allow products to be sold in bundles, you can resell them along with other products as a package deal with a lower price than what would be charged for the products if they were sold separately. Giving Away Products

Reselling Resell Rights

Some licensing agreements allow you to resell resell rights to a product. If you engage in reselling resell rights, you do need to be absolutely certain that the licensing agreements you issue do not violate the licensing agreement you have made with the original seller of the resell rights. When you resell resell rights, you can set your stipulations regarding the rights in the license as long as they adhere to the rights and restrictions that you are subject to. With private label rights, again, the reselling of resell rights can benefit you if you provide information in the product that will redirect users of the product to your business.

Because a human being wants always upwards, towards better earnings, it is useful to start thinking how to make money on the internet with the growth strategies, because they are a little bit different ones.

I this article I write about growing the site traffic with proven strategies, which I execute daily.

1. When You Know, Where The Site Traffic Comes, Just Improve Your Actions.

It is not necessary to invent the wheel again, if you want to find new ways to make money on the internet.

If you succeed to improve the present actions to make money from home, you will feel yourself much happier, because that proves that you have originally selected the right ways to make money on the internet.

2. I Looked At My Keyword List.

How had my search engine rankings improved, or had they?

My main strategy is the search engine marketing with the article marketing and distribution, link building, blog commenting, social bookmarking and blogging, okay plus some social sites, like Facebook and Twitter. But the core way to make money on the internet is the article writing.

There are many important factors, but the keywords are very, very important ones.

I have used always the long tail keywords, which all have the same root word, like nowadays the make money term.

When particular keyword does not anymore move upwards with the article marketing, I will change it to a new one, or I will boost that ranking with a special link building campaign.

The target is always the first page or among the first four positions, because they bring the best traffic.

3. I Added The Number Of Daily Articles From One To Two To Make Money On The Internet, I Mean More Money.

This action doubled the article amount, so it had a dramatic influence on my site rankings and on the speed the rankings improved.

This was actually the most effective single change, which started to bring added traffic article by article.

When I knew from history, what was the conversion rate of the traffic, it was easy to calculate how much I could earn from the added traffic.

4. I Used Special Link Building Campaigns To Boost Promising Positions Towards The Top.

I wanted to really increase the income and I knew that most of the traffic came from positions, which were among the top four. So that became my target to make money on the internet.

The competition research was important to be able to judge, which sites were weaker than mine as to the link power.

So I bought lists of the sites, which allowed to sign in and to submit three hyperlinks on the member pages.

This is totally a white hat trick, because I really joined these sites. An important thing is to notice, that Google increased my rankings despite of the fact, that the linking sites were unrelated ones.

Of course I prefer the links, which also presell the idea of the landing page, but these links served well as ways to make extra money.

The most interesting thing is, that I see my traffic and income growing. But the speed is a thing, which I just have to accept.

To be able to add some energy into that, I know think, which parts of my work I could outsource. These could be the article writing and the link building. Maybe I will write an article about my experiences with them later on.

At one time we’ve all wondered how possible the chances are to make money off the internet. I was there once, and it took some time before I was able to do it, but I know that it is relatively easy to make money. The amount to be made is the hard part. There are many different areas of the internet you can make money with and sometimes all the areas flow together to form 1 huge money machine!

I’ve looked through countless ways of making money online. I’ve also tried different things offline but 3 years ago I never imagined I would be well off due to making money from the internet. Since I didn’t have money to begin with I was going about everything the cheapest way I could do it. Sure you can make money with gold but you need several thousand dollars invested in order to make anything! The money I’m making online is something anybody can do. I’ve narrowed down the choices of online opportunities to the 4 methods that provide me with a living.

You have probably heard of paid surveys and I’ll tell you now that they are the easiest way for ANYBODY to make online money with. The amount you make will depend on where you live but there is money available to everyone in all parts of the world. For instance, if you’re in New York City you’ll be in the heart of the action so it’s possible to make a living just off of taking surveys and participating in focus groups. There are people out there living this way and they’re enjoying a simple life. They’ll never become rich but they’re job-free!

I live in Canada where I’m 4 hours away from the closest focus groups so the income I make is strictly from surveys but I still make anywhere from $20-$100 a week. It might not sound like much but it’s extra money in the pocket! Throw in the occasional winning draw and those earnings go up higher. I once won $2500 and have won quite a few draws worth $100-$250! Paid survey companies usually include mystery-shopping opportunities as well so you’re sometimes getting paid to eat a FREE meal. This is just my personal experience but if I were living ANYWHERE in the U.S.A. I could be making 4 times the amount.

Yes, you can make money taking surveys but that’s not where the top dollars are. I can’t give away the other secret methods so easily but I will tell you that the other opportunities I provide in my Four For 1 website are where people are making it rich off the internet! The amount made depends partly on luck and partly on how much you put into it. Some people may have a knack for the money-making-methods and could be earning $1000’s a week within the first month. This can just as likely happen from a pure stroke of luck! Other people might have to work for 6 months before they see any significant profits. The thing is, the profits do come and when they do it is very exciting because you know you’ve done it yourself.

There are other sites on the net that give you a single opportunity and charge you money whether you make any or not. On my site I have provided all 4 methods because I know you will make money this way. Some methods may not work for everyone while others may make it rich using all 4 methods! I know all 4 methods work because I’m becoming very wealthy because of them!

It is very possible to make money online and almost easier than most people think. It could be as little as 10 cents at a time or as much as $100 at a time. It all depends on the area you’ve chosen and how much work you’re putting into it. 10 cents at a time may sound like very little but if you’re making a steady 10 cents every 10 seconds then you’re looking at an awful lot of money.

The amount of work you put into these methods is how you will make money. Surveys will pay you by piecework – in other words you’ll get paid for each survey. With the other 3 methods there will be work in the beginning but it will run mostly on autopilot from then on. Sit back and watch your bank account grow. It’s really a great feeling once you’ve accomplished it.

I work when I want now and it’s not all that much. My goal in the beginning was to make $100 a day so I would no longer have to worry about working in factories. That goal was hit rather quickly and I now average $500-$1000 every day of the week. I often get days where I’ll make over $2000! That may sound like more than enough to you but my work has now become my hobby and I’m constantly creating more ways to make the money. You need something to do in between vacations!

If you decide to try these methods out for yourself, I would set a goal equal to your current pay before quitting your job – if you’re currently working. Give up a couple hours of TV or video games every night and consider this your part-time job. Don’t quit your job unless you’re sure of the money coming in. If suddenly you hit your target it doesn’t mean you will be making the same amount the next day. You have to be sure of yourself and know that the income is steady. I strongly recommend this.

So YES, there is money to be made on the internet but it doesn’t come instantly. Even the surveys require work on your part, but being able to work from home in your spare time is worth the extra time and effort in the beginning.

There has been much talk and a great deal of advice over the years relating to working from home. A lot of people are doing it and more than a few are earning their income entirely from their home based business.

Business Opportunity magazines, circulars and periodicals are jam-packed with advertisements and “job offers”, all designed to entice people into this ever expanding arena.

And why not? After all, the idea of working from home is the ultimate goal of millions of people who would otherwise either be faced with a humdrum existence working for somebody else, or for various reasons are unemployed.

There is no doubt that running a home based business can be a very worthwhile enterprise – but it can lead to frustration and even financial ruin if not approached in the right way.

Here are some pointers to get you started on your quest to start making money with a home based business.

* choose a subject that you are interested in. Don’t be tempted to jump onto something just because you’ve heard that someone else has had success with it. MLM programs are an example of this. They can be a source of great wealth to some, but a burden to others. Those who succeed usually do so because they have a natural “talent” for recruiting and making sales, whereas the vast majority of people who get sucked into this type of business find it very difficult to make headway simply because they lack confidence or stamina to make this business work. An exception would be if you find a sponsor who will help you to getstarted. You need to interview prospective sponsors to ensure they have the “Right Stuff”.

* turn yourself into an authority or expert on your chosen subject by doing some research. Use a research tool such as Google Answers to find information that will help you to expand your knowledge.

* decide what audience you are going to target. This is vital because knowing your audience will help you to tailor your product or service to that particular group. Or, if your product is more tangible, you would need to consider whether it can be shipped internationally, nationally or only within your immediate locality.

* if you are not interested in creating your own product then look out for in-demand products or services that you feel you can promote. Join their affiliate program. Find out as much as you can about the company, the products and commission structure. Do they have any testimonials? Is there a support center? Find out what other affiliates think of the program.

* write your own promotional material or hire a competent professional to do it for you. What you are aiming at is uniqueness. If you are promoting your own products, then this should not be too difficult to do. If you are an affiliate for another person’s product, then you will need to come up with something original. Bear in mind that if the product is popular there will already be hundreds of affiliates promoting it. They will probably be using generic ads provided by the company. By creating your own material, you put yourself at an avantage over everyone else.

* get yourself online and build a web site. Buy a domain name and host your site through a professional hosting company. There are hundreds available. Having your own internet presence will help you in more ways than one. It will give you a base from which you can build. It can be used to establish a list of prospects that you can advertise to.

* offer your visitors something for free in exchange for their contact details (first name and email address). Follow up with them on a regular basis. Offer more free resources. Promote money-making products and services. Offer help and support.I personally recommend that you build a site where your visitors can find information on the topic that interests them. By providing the content they are looking for, you help to build trust. When a visitor starts to trust you they will feel more comfortable about buying from you or from a company you recommend.

And, of course, you make money.

So get started right now. Research your subject and target audience. Create your own product or become an affiliate for a company that has a proven track record. Create your own promotional material. Build a simple, functional web site. Be prepared for the long term.
